Let jump into the way back machine and go back to 1988, where Topps just released a new horror trading card series called "Fright Flicks". The set included 90 cards and 11 stickers of screenshots from 14 horror movies of the past 10 years.

The front of the cards featured a screenshot, and a weird caption. Most of the captions did not fit well with the screenshot used. They are a few that stands out as pretty funny, but more on that later on.
Because of the captions the back of the card was sometimes better. The back featured a "Did it ever happen?" strange tell, and the name of the movie used on the front.
I liked that tell myself. My favorite thing about this whole set would have to be the stickers. Back in 1988 when I was 8 years old, It would have been awesome to have stickers like this.
Do the Freddy! This would be a great set of cards to own for any horror fan. Over the next few days I will be posting all 90 cards, 11 stickers and a few other things from Fright Flicks.
